2019 Cross Country Information

Pre-Season Workouts

For students in grades 6-8 interested in running Cross Country for the 2019-2020 school year, pre-season workouts will begin Thursday (7/11) from 7:30-8:30 AM in the FMS Gym. Workouts will be held every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday throughout the month of July. You must have an updated physical on file in the office to participate.
