Sports Physicals are here and will be on 5/9! Forms are due tomorrow morning with all information filled out and signed by the parent/guardian. They are free of charge and provided through Pancare.
As required by the Florida High School Athletic Association, any student who participates in an athletic program must have completed an athletic school health physical BEFORE trying out for a team. A sports physical expires 365 days from the date of the physician’s signature. FMS hopes this relieves you from having to check out students for sports physicals throughout the school year.
